At least 22 suspects have been detained in a police operation against purported members of the “Pro-Fetullahist Terrorist Organization.” which has been alleged to consist of the followers of U.S.-based Islamic scholar Gülen and to have formed a “parallel structure” within the state, with its members working as insiders in state organizations. OPEC+ headed for a clash with the U.S. as more members rejected President Joe Biden’s call for the group to raise oil production faster and help reduce gasoline prices. On Monday, Kuwait said the cartel should stick with its plan to increase output gradually because oil markets were well-balanced.
