Egypt announces joint naval training with France using fake photo

The Egyptian army on Saturday announced that it carried out joint maritime training with France, using an old photo.

Egyptian military spokesperson Tamer al-Refai in a Facebook statement said that the training was attended by the Egyptian navy stealth frigate “Tahya Masr,” and the French navy stealth frigate “Aconit.”
