Pakistan MPs thank Turkey, China for support on Kashmir

Pakistan’s ruling and opposition lawmakers on Aug. 7 thanked Turkey and China, for supporting their country’s stance in the current crisis, involving Kashmir. Addressing the joint session of parliament in federal capital Islamabad, the Federal Minister for Communication Murad Saeed said his government and people of Pakistan thanked to all those countries, who supported the innocent people of Kashmir. Fruit growers demand end to sanctions against Russia

Dutch fruit growers continue to suffer the consequences of the Russian boycott of agricultural products in the wake of the economic sanctions imposed on the country five years ago. The boycott was extended to 2020 by president Putin in June. Fruit growers are now demanding Europe and the US revise the sanctions which were put in place following Russia’s annexation of Crimea.
